Sandy & Craig recently sold our house, and everything went so well. What we liked most about them was their communication style. They kept us well-informed every step of the way. There were no surprises, and they caught some minor issues with our paperwork that could have held things up and created a snag. In every instance, they under-promised and over-delivered.

Our house sold in 6 days for more than our asking price. (Although no agent has complete control over that, Sandy & Craig did everything possible to make it possible.)
