How do you find the right realtor - that was our concern as there’s so many to pick from. Well 18 months before we were looking to sell, we saw that Sandy & Craig sold a house in 1 day that was similar to ours and in our neighborhood. So we called and explained the situation and ascertained their knowledge and ability to work with us. From then, until we were ready to sell, we received information about what was selling nearby.
